1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 123app and its users. 123app (https://123app.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform providing services to users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 123app, the following conditions must be met. If these conditions are not satisfied, 123app reserves the right to close the account at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your country.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be terminated.
• All information provided at registration — name, address, date of birth, and phone number — must be fully accurate and truthful.
• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential.
• Sharing or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Several secure payment methods are available for deposits on 123app. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL Nexus, and bank transfer.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account verification level.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes. In the case of technical issues, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments will not be accepted.
• Deposits are non-refundable once processed, though your balance remains available for withdrawal.

4 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw winnings from 123app, please follow the process below. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. The maximum amount per single withdrawal is ৳50,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirements must first be met.
• In cases of suspected fraudulent activity, 123app reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

123app may request additional documents or information during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide these may result in the withdrawal not being completed.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 123app is governed by the rules below. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available and used.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded.
• Odds on live betting may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is placed will apply.
• In the event of a dispute regarding scores or results, 123app's decision shall be final.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is internationally certified and audited.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, 123app reserves the right to void bets or investigate the account.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of bonus activation, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each promotion may be used once per member unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using a VPN or multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• 123app reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though terms already in effect for active bonuses will remain unchanged.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123app. If any of these are detected, the account will be permanently suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Opening an account with false information or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of gambling fraud.
• Hacking, exploiting software bugs, or using any unauthorized technology.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

123app reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of false information or document fraud is found.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Where closure is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• If the member requests self-exclusion or account closure.

Prior to closing an account, 123app will make reasonable efforts to notify the member by email. However, accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a terms violation. Any valid balance will generally be returned, except in cases where terms have been breached.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
